You can upload your prescription through our mobile app or website. Simply take a clear photo and upload it during checkout.
What are your delivery times?
We offer same-day delivery in Greater Accra for orders placed before 2 PM. For other regions, delivery takes 1-3 business days.
Can I return medicines?
Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on medicines. However, if you received damaged or incorrect items, contact us for a replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track in real-time through our mobile app.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery for orders within Greater Accra. We also accept Mobile Money and bank cards.
